Gyeongnam Bank Offers Additional Interest Rate Discounts to Customers Purchasing Unsold Apartments in Local Areas
Exemption from Early Repayment Fees Also Available
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 25th that it will provide preferential interest rate reductions and exemption from early repayment fees to customers purchasing unsold apartments located in provincial areas until the end of this year to support housing stability for local residents.
Customers who newly use the ‘Jipjipmada Help Loan II’ product sold at Gyeongnam Bank branches and purchase unsold apartments located in Gyeongnam and Ulsan areas will receive an additional 0.2% interest rate reduction. Loans for unsold apartments with preferential interest rates applied will also be eligible for exemption from early repayment fees.
The target apartments are unsold apartments located in Gyeongnam and Ulsan areas that are announced as unsold on the respective local government websites and have preservation registration under the name of the developer or construction company.
