Gyeongnam National University Selected for 10 Consecutive Years as an 'Education Internationalization Competency Certified University' by the Ministry of Education

Gyeongnam National University was recently selected for the 10th consecutive year as an ‘Internationalization Competency Certified University’ by the Ministry of Education.
The Internationalization Competency Certification is an evaluation conducted to certify universities with high internationalization capabilities, aiming to expand the attraction of excellent foreign students and enhance the internationalization competency of domestic students.
In this evaluation, Gyeongnam National University obtained new certification for degree programs and maintained certification for language training programs through monitoring, once again proving its competitiveness as an excellent internationalized university. Accordingly, the university will receive benefits such as relaxed visa issuance screening criteria for foreign students, preferential participation in overseas Korean study fairs, and additional points when selected for the Government Scholarship Program (GKS).
So far, Gyeongnam National University has operated customized programs to support the successful university life of foreign students and established a systematic management system for international students. In addition, it is creating a global campus by planning various exchange programs where domestic and foreign students can grow together.
