View original imageThe Gwangju Jungjannyeon Naeil Center of the Korea Labor Foundation (Director Kim Insu) announced on the 25th that it is conducting a three-day "Automotive Industry Production and Management Specialist Course" job training at the Mechanical Systems Department practice room of Korea Polytechnic Gwangju Campus until the 27th.
This training is an on-site job practice program conducted directly by company representatives for local middle-aged individuals seeking to transition their careers to the automotive industry, and it is expected to greatly enhance their employment competitiveness.
The center plans to support employment by holding a "Job Matching Day" in cooperation with the Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, connecting graduates of the training with companies in need of personnel.
Kim Insu, director of the Gwangju Jungjannyeon Naeil Center, stated, "Employment stability is more important than anything else in preparing for a successful second half of life," and added, "The center will actively support on-site job competency training and recruitment for middle-aged individuals not only in the automotive industry but also in various other industrial sectors."
