Daejeon TP Supports Innovative Growth of Promising Startups... Up to 50 Million Won
Priority Support for Daejeon's Key Industries
Recruiting Eight Companies Until March 13
Daejeon Technopark announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the ‘Corporate Leap Support Program’ until March 13 to promote the innovative growth of promising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Corporate Leap Support Program is designed to foster business growth by supporting the full-cycle commercialization of technology for early-stage companies that have technological capabilities but face difficulties in securing funds and entering the market. A total of 400 million KRW will be invested in the program.
Up to eight SMEs in the Daejeon area that have been established within the past seven years will be selected, with each company eligible for up to 50 million KRW in support. In particular, priority will be given to companies possessing advanced technologies related to Daejeon's key industries, such as IT convergence, biohealth, nano semiconductors, aerospace, and defense.
The program will cover essential areas for business growth, including technology development, prototype production, process improvement, and marketing. In addition, financial support will be provided in collaboration with Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
Kim Wooyeon, President of Daejeon TP, said, “This program will strengthen the innovation capabilities of local SMEs and serve as a foundation for establishing a sustainable growth base.”
