Eunpyeong-gu Conducts Special Safety Inspections at 259 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) will conduct a special safety inspection of electric vehicle charging facilities.
The inspection targets approximately 2,100 electric vehicle charging stations installed at 259 legally mandated facilities within the district, including public buildings, public use facilities, and apartment complexes. The inspection covers the exterior of charging equipment, fire safety checks, and other related items. Furthermore, to ensure convenience for electric vehicle users, the district plans to encourage the installation and provision of charging facilities that combine both convenience and safety.
