Incentive Payment for 'Suwon Pay'... Changed to 9 AM on the 1st of Every Month Starting March
Gyeonggi Suwon City will change the start time for Suwon Pay incentive payments to 9 a.m. on the 1st of every month starting in March.
On the 25th, Suwon City announced that due to difficulties faced by information and communication (IT) vulnerable groups who are not proficient in using the app and the issue of sleep disruption caused by charging Suwon Pay from midnight, the start time for incentive payments will be changed from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on the 1st of each month.
Accordingly, charging can be done from 12 a.m. on the 1st, but incentives will be paid only to users who charge after 9 a.m., so it is essential to check the charging time.
Suwon City has increased the Suwon Pay incentive, which was previously paid at around 6-7%, to 10% starting this year. The charging limit, which was 300,000 won, has also been raised to 500,000 won.
In particular, during January and October, which include holidays such as Seollal and Chuseok, the incentive has been increased to 20%.
