The agreement, signed on the 21st, aims to strengthen the training of professionals and technical cooperation in the drone sector, and to expand the social application of drone technology in various fields such as military operations, industry, disaster response, and safety management.
Jeonnam Provincial University and the 11th Airborne Special Forces Brigade have established a comprehensive educational cooperation system for obtaining drone and aviation degrees and certifications, and have agreed to collaborate on technical support and facilities related to drone maintenance.
Through this agreement, the military and civilian sectors will actively cooperate to systematically operate educational programs and nurture professionals capable of utilizing drone technology in real-world situations.
Jang Heonbeom, Acting President, stated, "This agreement will be an important first step in the practical application of drone technology across various fields," and added, "We hope that cooperation will accelerate the advancement of drone education and technology."
