National Health Insurance Service to Hire 448 New Employees by the 6th of Next Month
Continuous Recruitment of Socially Equitable Talent
Including High School Graduates and Youth Preparing for Independence
The National Health Insurance Service announced on the 24th that it will publicly recruit 448 new employees until the 6th of next month.

View original imageBy job category, there are 270 administrative positions (including 40 high school graduates), 50 health positions, 113 nursing positions, 14 IT positions, and 1 technical position. Recruitment will be allocated and selected according to the recruitment region. In addition to the general positions (358), recruitment is divided into categories for social equity hiring: persons with disabilities (35), veterans (30), and Gangwon talent (25).
In the hiring process, factors that may cause bias such as gender, age, and educational background are excluded, and a blind recruitment focusing on job competency based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) is conducted.
Socially disadvantaged candidates such as youth preparing for independence and basic livelihood security recipients will receive a 3% additional score in document and written examinations.
Applications must be submitted through the online recruitment site by 5 p.m. on the 6th of next month. Successful candidates will be appointed as probationary employees for three months starting June 16, and will be appointed as regular employees based on the probation evaluation results.
