Busan Hakryeok Development Institute Strengthens Competency of Teachers in Charge of Basic Academic Skills Tasks
Supporting the Establishment of School-Level Plans
for the Basic Academic Skills Guarantee Implementation
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Academic Development Institute (Director Kim Hye-seon) will conduct the ‘2025 Basic Academic Skills Task Teacher Training’ for about 620 elementary, middle, and high school teachers at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM on the 25th in the main auditorium of the Busan Education Research and Information Center.
This training was organized to support task teachers’ proper understanding of the 2025 Basic Academic Skills Guarantee Implementation Plan and to assist in establishing school-level basic academic skills guarantee responsibility guidance plans tailored to each school's circumstances.
During the training, specific operational plans for supporting the basic academic skills guarantee projects within individual schools, centered on the three-stage safety net for basic academic skills, will be introduced. Practical know-how on establishing and executing responsibility guidance plans and budget utilization that can genuinely help task teachers will be shared. A real-time Q&A session will also be provided.
Additionally, Professor Kim Seon from the Applied Educational Measurement and Evaluation Research Institute at Chungnam National University will give a special lecture on ‘Understanding Basic Academic Skills Diagnostic Tests and Diagnostic-Correction Systems.’
