Employment and Retention Incentives for Families of Relocated Space Aviation Agency Employees
Support for Small and Medium Enterprises in Jinju
Jinju City in Gyeongnam will start accepting applications from the 24th for the ‘Support Project for Employment and Retention Incentives for Families of Relocated Employees of the Space Aviation Agency in Small and Medium Enterprises.’
This newly launched project this year provides employment incentives to local small and medium enterprises that newly hire family members of relocated employees of the Space Aviation Agency, and retention incentives to the hired family members of the relocated employees.
The employment incentive offers a total of 6 million KRW to companies that newly hire family members of relocated employees of the Space Aviation Agency after the announcement date: 3 million KRW after 6 months of employment, and an additional 3 million KRW after 12 months of employment.
Additionally, the retention incentive provides a total of 5 million KRW to the hired individuals: 2 million KRW after 6 months of employment, and an additional 3 million KRW after 12 months of employment.
Small and medium enterprises must apply to participate in the project by March of this year before making new hires, and can apply for the employment incentive after the employee completes 6 and 12 months of full attendance.
