Kim Nayeon of Honam University Named 'Outstanding Volunteer' by University Social Service Council
The Sarangnanum Center at Honam University (Director: Lee Muhyung) announced on the 21st that Kim Nayeon, a fourth-year student in the Department of Dental Hygiene, has been selected as an 'Outstanding Volunteer' by the Korea University Council for Social Service.
The Korea University Council for Social Service annually recognizes outstanding university student volunteers who are recommended by its 246 member institutions.
Kim Nayeon was recognized for her dedicated service in various social volunteer activities, including participating in the university's rural volunteer group 'Neulsulgil,' providing oral health education at children's centers and nursing hospitals in the Gwangju area, and other community service efforts.
Kim Nayeon said, "I am delighted to receive such a meaningful volunteer award," and added, "I will continue to engage in volunteer activities consistently even after entering society."
