Kamco Announces Public Leasing and Sale of 143 State-Owned Properties
Held for Three Days from February 24 to 26
KAMCO (Korea Asset Management Corporation) announced on the 21st that it will lease and sell a total of 143 state-owned real estate properties through Onbid over three days from February 24 to 26.
KAMCO selects idle state-owned real estate that can be utilized and conducts leasing and sales weekly through Onbid. State-owned real estate has the advantage of ownership by the government, meaning there are no complicated rights issues such as mortgages or leases, allowing users to trust and use the properties confidently.
In particular, this public auction includes 48 new items such as farmland and residential buildings, as well as 95 items priced lower than the initial lease and sale prices. The bid opening will begin at 9:30 AM on February 27.
Before participating in the bidding, users must register as members on the Onbid website, obtain an "Electronic Bidding (Universal) Joint Certificate" from an authorized certification authority, and register it on Onbid.
It is also recommended to check the status of the real estate, such as its type and location, in advance and to consider detailed usage conditions including any restrictions on the property.
Detailed announcements and bidding information can be found on the Onbid website or within the Smart Onbid application under 'Real Estate → Announcements → KAMCO State-Owned Properties.'
