Ourhome, All Manufacturing Plants Recognized as 'Excellent Workplaces for Risk Assessment'
Seven Manufacturing Plants, Including Gyeryong, Ansan, and Yongin, Receive Recognition
Ourhome announced on the 20th that all its manufacturing plants have obtained the 'Excellent Workplace for Risk Assessment' certification issued by the government.
The 'Excellent Workplace for Risk Assessment' certification is awarded to workplaces that pass the strict standards set by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency under the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This system issues certificates to workplaces recognized for excellence in safety management and risk factor improvement.
The plants recognized this time are seven manufacturing plants: Gyeryong Plant, Gumi Plant, Ansan Plant, Yongin 1 Plant, Yongin 2 Plant, Eumseong Plant, and Jecheon Plant.
Ourhome has established a systematic safety system company-wide, making safety management a core value. To this end, it has been continuously creating an environment where all workers can work safely through ▲ company-wide risk factor identification and management system establishment ▲ regular and irregular on-site safety inspections ▲ development and strengthened operation of safety education programs ▲ spreading a worker-centered safety culture ▲ continuous monitoring and improvement activities. In particular, apart from the legal obligation to appoint safety managers under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, safety managers are assigned to all manufacturing plants to establish and operate a strict safety management system.
