Jangseong County Invites Economic Expert Hong Choonwook for Special Lecture

Lecture on "The History of Money Repeats Itself"
Hong Choonwook, CEO of Prism Investment Advisory and an economic expert, will visit Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do. Jangseong-gun announced on the 19th that Hong has been invited to the Jangseong Academy on the 20th.
Hong began his career at the Korea Institute of Finance and served as the head of the investment management team at the National Pension Service Fund Management Headquarters. He is currently the CEO of Prism Investment Advisory. He holds a master's degree in economics from Korea University Graduate School and a Ph.D. in business administration from Myongji University Graduate School. His published works include "Essential Economic Topics," "Money Trend 2024," and "There Is an Order to Investing."
In this academy lecture, Hong will discuss the topic "The History of Money Repeats Itself," reviewing examples of economic crises and recoveries throughout history and analyzing future economic trends. He will also offer tips on investment strategies individuals should prepare for.
The Jangseong Academy is held at 4 p.m. every first and third Thursday of the month at the small theater of the Jangseong Culture and Arts Center. In January, the lecture dates are changed to the second and fourth Thursdays. Anyone can participate.
It is also possible to attend in real time through the county's YouTube channel, and lectures for which the speaker has agreed to share materials can be viewed again on the county website and YouTube.
