Kiwoom Asset Management Strengthens Domestic Real Estate and Corporate Finance Investments in Partnership with SC Lowy
Kiwoom Asset Management announced on the 19th that it has signed a 'Business Agreement for Cooperation in Real Estate and Corporate Finance' with the global investment firm SC Lowy. They agreed to strengthen cooperation in the domestic real estate and corporate finance investment sectors.
Through the MOU agreement, both companies will jointly identify high-quality investment opportunities in the domestic real estate market and corporate finance sector, and explore joint investment strategies in various fields such as real estate project financing (PF), non-performing loans (NPL), and corporate investments.
They plan to actively secure highly profitable quality assets in the market and diversify their portfolios to maximize investment returns stably.
A representative from Kiwoom Asset Management stated, "We expect to provide more competitive investment opportunities in the domestic financial market through cooperation with SC Lowy," adding, "We will discover various investment opportunities not only in domestic real estate but also in the corporate finance sector."
A representative from SC Lowy explained, "Through cooperation with Kiwoom Asset Management, we plan to further solidify our position in the Korean market and expand investments in assets with high long-term growth potential."
The agreement is expected to create new opportunities in the domestic market by combining the financial and investment capabilities of both companies, and contribute to revitalizing the domestic economy and securing stability in the financial market in the long term.
