Busan Urban Corporation Selected as an Excellent Institution for Data-Driven Administration Inspection... Achieves Highest Grade Performance
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC, President Shin Chang-ho) announced on the 19th that it achieved the highest rating, Excellent, in the ‘2024 Data-Driven Administration Status Inspection’ evaluation conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The ‘2024 Data-Driven Administration Status Inspection’ was conducted to assess the implementation level of data-driven administration across a total of 679 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions, and to reflect the results in policy.
In this inspection, the implementation status of data-driven administration policies at each institution was evaluated using 10 indicators across three areas: ▲analysis and utilization ▲sharing ▲management system, and rated into three levels (Excellent, Average, Poor).
Busan Metropolitan Corporation received excellent evaluations in all areas. In particular, efforts to establish a culture for revitalizing data-driven administration, such as signing a digital education consignment agreement and preparing measures to strengthen data capabilities of practitioners, were recognized.
