Full-Scale Entry into the Middle Eastern Market with Proprietary Technology
LS Mtron, an industrial machinery and advanced components specialist under LS Group, will participate in 'IDEX 2025,' the largest international defense exhibition in the Middle East. The company will showcase 16 types of tank tracks developed with its proprietary technology.
LS Mtron announced on the 19th that it will exhibit a total of 16 types of tracks, including Korean tracks for the K2 tank and K9 self-propelled howitzer, as well as American and Russian-style tracks, at IDEX 2025 held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition and Convention Center (ADNEC) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This year, more than 1,400 defense companies from 70 countries participated.

Since starting its military track business in 1974, LS Mtron has supplied all tracks for major combat vehicles such as the K2 tank and K9 self-propelled howitzer. Over the past 50 years, the company has supplied approximately 7 million tracks to about 40 countries.
