View original imageAccording to Buk-gu on the 18th, the Munhwa-dong Administrative Welfare Center was originally completed in 1994. Since then, 1.57 billion KRW, including national and city funds, was invested to add a third floor to the building.
The building eliminated internal level differences for easier movement and installed an elevator. In addition, to reduce carbon emissions, solar panels and high-performance windows were installed, and external insulation was reinforced to improve the building's energy efficiency.
