Gyeongbuk Tourism Enterprise Support Center Recruits 10 Tourism Cooperation Companies... "Free Use of Center Equipment and Facilities"
The Gyeongbuk Tourism Enterprise Support Center is recruiting new Gyeongbuk Tourism Cooperation Companies for 2025 from February 24 to March 5 to revitalize the Gyeongbuk tourism industry.
The Gyeongbuk Tourism Enterprise Support Center, established as a growth hub for local tourism enterprises through a 2022 Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism public project, opened in Gyeongju City in November 2022. Since then, it has been leading efforts to revitalize the Gyeongbuk tourism industry by discovering tourism startups, training tourism professionals, and linking tourism job projects.
This recruitment of Gyeongbuk Tourism Cooperation Companies targets tourism enterprises within the province that wish to participate in projects but find it difficult to move into the center, as well as tourism enterprises outside the Gyeongbuk region that hope to discover new projects through collaboration and networking with local tourism enterprises. Eligibility requires being a small or medium-sized enterprise in the tourism sector established less than 7 years ago, and approximately 10 companies will be selected.
Selected Gyeongbuk Tourism Cooperation Companies can use shared facilities and equipment within the center free of charge and have priority access to the center’s specialized programs such as promotional campaigns. Additionally, they qualify to participate in the 'Gyeongbuk Tourism Startup Contest,' which provides commercialization funding, and receive extra points as a benefit. However, cooperation companies outside the Gyeongbuk region must register a branch or office in Gyeongbuk Province to be eligible for the startup contest and receive the extra points benefit.
