[Invest&Law] Gwangjang Holds Online Briefing on 'Tokenized Investment Sandbox Institutionalization'
The Digital Finance Team of Law Firm Kwangjang (Lead Attorney Kim Sang-gon) will hold an online briefing session on the 'Tokenized Investment Sandbox Institutionalization' for about one hour starting at 4 PM on the 20th.
This follows the Financial Services Commission's legislative notice on June 3rd regarding the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Capital Markets Act to institutionalize the tokenized investment sandbox. The Kwangjang Digital Finance Team will explain the key contents of the institutionalization and discuss future prospects and response strategies.
The presentation will be led by Lee Jeong-myeong, co-head of the Kwangjang Digital Finance Team, who is recognized for expertise in digital finance, fintech, and financial regulation. Attorney Lee currently advises on token securities issuance (STO) and has experience consulting on the designation of innovative financial services.
Attorney Lee stated, "The Financial Services Commission's announcement is significant as it lays the groundwork for tokenized investment businesses to be fully integrated into the financial market through the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Capital Markets Act. I hope this briefing session will provide practical information to tokenized investment operators."
Applications to participate can be made through the 'Seminar - Seminar Information' section on the Kwangjang website.
