On the 17th, Gyeongsan City in Gyeongbuk held a 'Public Finance Fraud Prevention Education' session at the Citizens' Hall auditorium.
About 600 participants, including relevant public officials and private subsidy project operators, attended the session, spending a meaningful time to strengthen their public finance management capabilities.

View original imageThis education was conducted for subsidy project operators of institutions and organizations receiving public finance payments such as subsidies and grants, as well as public officials from the city hall and affiliated institutions.
An expert from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission was invited to cover overall matters related to the Public Finance Recovery Act, introduce case studies on handling reported incidents and legal interpretations by sector, and conduct Q&A sessions to enhance participants' understanding.
In particular, the program focused on major detected cases by business sector and provided practical guidelines presenting lawful work processing methods for each case.
