Gwangsan-gu Gwangju Launches Mobile Architectural Civil Service Support Center
Gwangsan-gu in Gwangju is operating a 'Mobile Architectural Civil Service Support Center' where residents can receive consultations on the legalization of unauthorized buildings and administrative procedures.
According to Gwangsan-gu on the 17th, starting this year, the consultation service has been changed to allow architects to provide on-site consultations when necessary, reflecting the field-oriented nature of architectural issues.
In addition, the center focuses on providing consultations for the legalization of unauthorized buildings by small business owners and self-employed individuals, especially in industrial complexes and commercial areas where civil complaints are frequent.
The Mobile Architectural Civil Service Support Center is set up and operated every Wednesday on the 5th floor of the district office's Architecture Division. For cases requiring on-site advice such as the legalization of unauthorized buildings, phone reservations and in-person visits are also available.
District Mayor Park Byungkyu stated, "Through the support center, we will actively help residents easily understand and resolve their civil complaints."
