Hampyeong County, Jeonnam Recruiting Companies for 'Youth Long-Term Employment Incentive Program'
Hampyeong County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 14th that it will provide support to companies and young people to promote regular employment and encourage long-term retention of youth employees.
The "Youth Long-term Employment Incentive Program" is a project that supports young people who have been hired as regular employees at small and medium-sized enterprises to promote employment and induce long-term retention.
Selected companies and youth employees can receive up to 20 million KRW over four years (5 million KRW for companies, 15 million KRW for youth employees).
Eligible applicants are small and medium-sized enterprises located in Hampyeong County with 5 to less than 300 insured employees under employment insurance, and regular youth employees aged 18 to 45 who have been employed for 1 to 4 years (hired between 2022 and 2025) and have their address in Jeollanam-do.
The application period is from the 17th to the 28th. Applications can be submitted by mail or in person to the Hampyeong County Rural Community Department.
