From the evening of the 12th, cold air will move southward from the northwest, causing morning temperatures on the 13th to drop compared to the 12th, especially in parts of northern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, reaching around -10 degrees Celsius (around -5 degrees Celsius in other areas).
Daytime temperatures will also be around 0 degrees Celsius mainly in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and with strong winds, the wind chill will make it feel even colder.
Temperatures will remain similar to the average for this time of year (lowest between -9 and 1 degrees Celsius, highest between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius). On the 13th, the forecasted morning low is between -11 and -1 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is between 3 and 9 degrees Celsius.
Until the evening of the 12th, rain or snow is expected in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, northern Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island, but the 13th will be mostly clear nationwide.
