Visitors can experience Hwaseong City's unique historical and cultural content at historic sites such as Yungneung and Geolleung Royal Tombs.
This year’s festival is scheduled to be held over two days, September 27-28, at Jeongjo Hyo Park. The city plans to expand tourist participation experience programs and strengthen nighttime content at this year’s festival. In particular, on the second day of the festival, September 28, the 'Joint Reenactment of King Jeongjo’s Royal Procession,' depicting the journey following King Jeongjo’s filial piety from Changdeokgung Palace in Seoul to Hwaseong Yungneung, will take place.
