Gyeonggi-do Provides Technical Advisory Support for Small-Scale Houses with Fewer Than 30 Households
Gyeonggi Province will provide technical consultation for repairing aging houses even in small-scale multi-family housing with fewer than 30 households.
On the 12th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will expand the support target of the "Visiting Small-Scale Aging House Repair Technical Consultation" project, which dispatches construction experts such as construction and equipment specialists to single-family houses requesting repairs to suggest construction methods suitable for the situation and provide consultation activities, to small-scale multi-family housing with fewer than 30 households starting this year.
Gyeonggi Province introduced this project in 2023 to support elderly people or non-experts who find it difficult to know appropriate construction methods or directly select construction companies, thereby reducing the burden on residents and improving the maintenance and repair level of houses.
