Dean Kim Hyuntae of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Pukyong National University and President Cao Viet Hieu of Binh Duong University signed the agreement on January 23 at Binh Duong University in Vietnam, agreeing to promote academic exchanges between the two institutions.
