Korea Federation of SMEs Holds 2025 Senior Committee New Year's Meeting
Chairman Kwon Hyukhong: "We Will Continue Advisory Activities"
The Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 5th that it held the '2025 Senior Committee New Year's Meeting.'
The Senior Committee is an official advisory body of the Korea Federation of SMEs, composed of former and current senior chairpersons of small and medium enterprise cooperatives. It serves an advisory role for organizational management and resolving cooperative issues. Since its launch in May 2019, it has operated on a two-year term basis, and the term of the 3rd committee, formed and active in 2023, is expected to end this month.
At the New Year's meeting, the advisory achievements and activity details of the 3rd committee were shared, and it was resolved that the next committee will continue to pass on insights and know-how regarding SME issues and cooperatives.

Chairman Kwon Hyuk-hong of the Senior Committee stated, "The 3rd Senior Committee members spared no effort for the development of the SME sector by sharing pressing issues and discussing response measures through a total of 17 meetings over two years. The upcoming 4th committee will also continue advisory activities for the benefit of junior entrepreneurs."
