A delivery worker in his 40s, who was delivering food while in a hallucinatory state due to drug use, was sent to the prosecution in custody.
The Ansan Danwon Police Station in Gyeonggi announced on the 4th that they had arrested Mr. A on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act and transferred him to the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office Ansan Branch.
Mr. A is suspected of having used methamphetamine on the 25th of last month. Under the influence of hallucinations caused by the drug, he exhibited abnormal behavior such as repeatedly pressing the doorbell of a villa's communal entrance and removing his pants on the street, which led to reports from residents.
The police who arrived at the scene urgently arrested Mr. A at around 1:30 a.m. on the 26th. A preliminary drug test on Mr. A showed a positive result.
