The county plans to operate social network-building programs for isolated middle-aged adults and support their safe return to society through daily care service linkage and job support.
For at-risk youth, intensive psychological therapy will be provided, and for seniors aged 65 and older, customized support such as hospital accompaniment, home nursing, elderly care services, and emergency safety services will be offered according to their life stage.
In addition, the county will establish a system for the continuous identification of high-risk groups by utilizing the local social security council and honorary social workers as a human safety net. The county also aims to build a dense solitary death prevention network by strengthening integrated case management and linking public systems.
County Governor Lee Byeongno stated, "We will strengthen the system for identifying and managing socially isolated households and promote various projects to support their return to society in order to prevent solitary deaths.
