A man in his 30s collapses in front of Seolleung Station... Drugs found in his pocket
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced on the 3rd that they have arrested and are investigating a man in his 30s, Mr. A, for violating the Narcotics Control Act after he was found collapsed in front of a subway station following marijuana inhalation.
On the 1st at around 11 p.m., the police responded to a report of someone collapsed in front of Seolleung Station on Subway Line 2. Marijuana powder was found in Mr. A’s pocket at the scene.
During the arrest, Mr. A resisted by pushing the police officers’ faces, resulting in additional charges of obstruction of official duties.
Mr. A reportedly admitted to both inhaling and purchasing marijuana during the police investigation. The police plan to investigate the source of the marijuana Mr. A obtained.
