Damyang Scholarship Foundation Selects 100 Scholarship Students
Applications Accepted Until the 19th
The Damyang Scholarship Foundation announced on the 3rd that it will be accepting applications for the selection of 2025 scholarship recipients until the 19th.
This year, 100 students are expected to be selected, and the selection process is divided into the general selection category and the recommendation category.
In the general selection category, 81 students will be chosen: 71 Damyang Scholarship recipients, 6 Mirae Cheonnyeon Scholarship recipients, and 4 Lim Honggyun Deungbul Scholarship recipients. The selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of students' academic performance and attitude.
The recommendation category consists of a total of 19 students: 14 Choi Doho Scholarship recipients, 3 Dubong Scholarship recipients, and 2 Heo Youngho Scholarship recipients. These students are selected among elementary, middle, and high school students in the region who diligently pursue their studies despite difficult circumstances, based on recommendations from the Damyang Office of Education superintendent.
Applicants should prepare the scholarship application form and required documents, and submit them in person at the local town or township office corresponding to their address. Detailed information can be found in the announcement posted on the Damyang County website.
A representative from the Damyang Scholarship Foundation stated, "We hope that this scholarship selection will help discover talented individuals in the region and contribute to expanding educational opportunities."
