View original imageDamyang County, South Jeolla Province, announced on the 1st that it will provide 300,000 KRW in public utility fee support to small business owners in the restaurant industry.
This support is part of a comprehensive livelihood stabilization measure designed to ease the management burden of small business owners struggling due to increased economic uncertainty.
Eligible recipients are small business owners in the restaurant industry who have registered and maintained their businesses in Damyang County as of December 16 last year, with fewer than five regular employees and annual sales of less than 104 million KRW (based on simplified taxation criteria).
Applications can be submitted from the 3rd to the 28th at the town or township offices where the business is located. After a review process, the recipients will be confirmed and the support funds will be provided.
County Governor Lee Byeongno stated, "I hope this support will help reduce the management burden on small business owners," and added, "We will continue our efforts to create a stable business environment, including ongoing support for electricity bills for small business owners."
