Sewol Ferry Disaster 11th Anniversary Memorial Exhibition to be Held
The 11th anniversary memorial exhibition for the April 16 Sewol Ferry Disaster will be held.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's April 16 Life Safety Education Center announced on the 29th that it will hold the "Tomorrow is Also Safe" exhibition from February to April in cooperation with the April 16 Foundation, the Sewol Ferry Civilian Victims Memorial Hall, and the Jeju Sewol Ferry Victim Counseling Center.
This exhibition will showcase 354 works created in various forms of expression, including 11 photographs and 12 paintings by Sewol Ferry disaster survivors from Jeju and families of civilian victims, 27 ceramics, and 304 seal carvings.
The April 16 Life Safety Education Center exhibition will be held on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays, from March 5 to 20 on the first floor of the Future Hope Hall.

Jeon Myeong-seon, director of the April 16 Life Safety Education Center, said, "This exhibition is being conducted as a collaborative project with related April 16 organizations," adding, "We will continue to strive to build a consensus on social disasters that everyone in the nation should remember."
