800 Million KRW Allocated to Three Areas
Maintenance of Common Facilities, Improvement of Working Conditions, and Reinforcement of Fire Response Facilities for Electric Vehicles
Support Ranges from 5 to 30 Million KRW per Category, Up to Two Categories per Complex
Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is promoting the ‘2025 Apartment Support Project’.
The Apartment Support Project is a program that reimburses 50-80% of the costs required for the maintenance and management of common facilities. Last year, it supported 70 complexes with 764 million KRW, contributing to the creation of a safe and pleasant residential environment.
The target is 276 apartment complexes with 20 or more households, excluding studio-type units, whose defect liability period for facilities has expired. A total of 800 million KRW has been allocated to three areas: ▲maintenance and repair of common facilities ▲improvement of working conditions ▲reinforcement of fire response facilities for electric vehicles. The funds will be used for maintenance and improvement of various facilities such as CCTV, disaster safety facilities, garbage collection facilities, parking lot facilities, security posts, and sprinklers.
The support amount varies by category from 5 million KRW to 30 million KRW. Overlapping support is possible for two categories, allowing benefits up to a maximum of 40 million KRW.
The application deadline is February 21. Applicants must submit the application form, project plan, and the resolution of the residents’ representative meeting either in person or by registered mail. After evaluation based on project appropriateness, apartment size and aging, number of supports, and other criteria, the Apartment Support Review Committee will conduct a review and announce the final results in March. For more details, please contact the Gwangjin-gu Office website or the Housing Division.
