iToxis announced on the 23rd through a public disclosure that it plans to appoint Jang Sang-hyun as an inside director at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on the 27th of next month to strengthen its Ukraine reconstruction business.
Candidate Jang Sang-hyun served as the CEO of KOTRA InvestKorea from 2018 to 2023 and is known to have extensive experience and global connections in attracting foreign investment and expanding overseas business. In particular, Jang is expected to add synergy to the related reconstruction projects following the early end of the Ukraine war.

iToxis is promoting the establishment of a flat glass factory as part of local reconstruction efforts, including signing a joint investment agreement to participate in a project led by 'BFG,' the only flat glass production plant in Ukraine. Beyond its core gaming business, the company plans to actively participate in the Ukraine reconstruction business to secure new growth engines.
