View original imageHampyeong County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 23rd that it is recruiting trainees for the 2025 "Hampyeong County Rice and Wheat Specialist Leader" education program, which focuses on professional training in processed foods using domestic rice and wheat.
This Hampyeong County Rice and Wheat Specialist Leader education will be held a total of six times at the Hampyeong County Agricultural Technology Center from July 11 to 27.
The program is designed to foster local specialist leaders to promote the consumption of rice and wheat. It consists of theoretical lectures and hands-on training using domestic rice and wheat, with an emphasis on improving participants' understanding and practical skills in utilizing these ingredients.
Applications for the program are open until July 6, and a total of 24 participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The course is completely free of charge and open to all Hampyeong County residents. Interested individuals can apply by visiting the Hampyeong County Agricultural Technology Center, or by phone or email.
Moon Jeongmo, head of the Agricultural Technology Center, stated, "This program will be a great help in developing the ability to utilize our rice and wheat in food products," and added, "We will continue to prepare various educational programs to do our best to strengthen the capabilities of Hampyeong County residents."
