Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Delivers Holiday Food to Underprivileged Neighbors for Seollal
Shinhan Credit Guarantee Fund, headquartered in Daegu, announced on the 22nd that it conducted social contribution activities by delivering holiday food to underprivileged neighbors in the region to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

View original imageOn the 21st, Shinhan Credit Guarantee Fund packaged holiday foods such as rice cake soup, jeon (Korean pancakes), and three-colored namul (seasoned vegetables) at the Ansim 1st Comprehensive Social Welfare Center in Dong-gu, Daegu, and visited about 50 households at risk of food insecurity to deliver lunchboxes. Along with this, they also delivered food to elderly recipients of the 'Love Check-in Call,' a program that has continued for 11 years, spending time asking about their health and well-being and sharing New Year's greetings. Executive Director Lee Seong-ju, Senior Deputy Chairman of the Labor Union Kim Young-jin, and other executives participated in this event.
Prior to this, they volunteered to deliver briquettes with the Korean Red Cross and jointly conducted meal service volunteer work for 'Daegu Hope House' with the MainBiz Daegu-Gyeongbuk Federation, continuing their social contribution activities.
