Anseong-si Recruiting Participants for 'Local Festival Academy' Until the 24th
Education Includes Theory, Consulting, and Promotional Material Production
Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting students for this year's 'Local Festival Academy' until the 24th.
The 'Local Festival Academy' was established to revitalize resident-led festivals by strengthening the capabilities of festival personnel. It started in 2023 and has produced 80 graduates up to last year.
The training will be held a total of five times from the 11th to the 28th of next month at the 4th-floor conference room of Anseong Matchum Art Hall. Anyone interested in festivals, including those involved with small-scale local festival organizing groups in the area, can apply.
The curriculum includes ▲ lectures by festival experts ▲ successful cases of local festivals ▲ visiting academy (one-on-one consulting) ▲ direct production of promotional leaflets for local festivals. Upon completion of the course, participants will have the opportunity to obtain a Level 3 Festival Event Manager certification.
