Yeongju City and Gyeongbuk Aviation High School Students Operate 'Visiting Transfer Window'
On-site Transfer Registration and Benefit Guidance
Providing Convenience for Students
On the 15th, Yeongju City operated a "Visiting Transfer Window" in line with the orientation for new students at Gyeongbuk Aviation High School held at the National Forest Healing Center.
The Visiting Transfer Window is a policy project that directly visits those who find it difficult to visit the administrative welfare center due to their busy daily lives, providing Yeongju City's population policy promotion and on-site transfer registration services.
Some students of Gyeongbuk Aviation High School moved to Yeongju from other regions for their studies but delayed the transfer registration because they were not well informed about the procedure. Transfer registration is an essential process to protect rights under the Housing Lease Protection Act and to receive various support benefits.
At the Visiting Transfer Window on this day, services such as △transfer registration △support fund application △health insurance additional certificate application agency were provided to the students. In addition, guidance and promotion regarding various support projects and transfer policies promoted by Yeongju City were conducted.
Yeongju City supports local high school students who have completed transfer registration from other regions to Yeongju with Yeongju Love Gift Certificates worth 300,000 KRW and annual dormitory fees of 800,000 KRW (up to a total of 2,400,000 KRW over three years) during their enrollment period. Students who registered their transfer through this Visiting Transfer Window will receive 300,000 KRW worth of Yeongju Love Gift Certificates six months later without a separate application.
