On the 14th, SC First Bank announced that it had raised the preferential interest rate for branch managers on its real estate secured loan product, 'First Home Loan,' by 0.1 percentage points starting from the previous day.
From the 20th, the preferential interest rate for families with multiple children (0.1 percentage points) will be eased from the previous requirement of three children to two children.
Shinhan Bank also announced on the same day that it would increase the additional interest rate on household loans by 0.05 to 0.3 percentage points.
