Goyang-si Launches Call for Proposals for Gender Equality Fund Support Projects
Application via Local Subsidy Management System from 22nd to 24th
Support up to 10 million KRW
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced that it will begin accepting applications for the '2025 Gender Equality Fund Support Project' starting from the 3rd.
On the 17th, expert consulting will be provided to strengthen the capabilities of organizations wishing to apply.
Eligibility requirements include nonprofit corporations or nonprofit private organizations located in Goyang as of the announcement date, engaged in activities to promote a culture of gender equality and enhance women's rights. Applications can be submitted through the Local Subsidy Management System from the 22nd to the 24th.
The support areas include six fields: ▲promotion of a culture of gender equality ▲eradication of violence and protection of human rights ▲improvement of family relationships ▲promotion of women's economic activities ▲support for work-life balance ▲activation of women's participation projects.
The total project budget is 80 million KRW, with each corporation (organization) allowed to apply for only one project, and support provided up to a maximum of 10 million KRW per project.
The city plans to finalize the selection of subsidy recipients in February after committee review.

A Goyang Special City official stated, "We hope that many meaningful projects promoting gender equality and enhancing women's rights will be discovered through this call for applications," and urged active participation from interested organizations.
