Pyeongtaek City Announces Call for Cultural Arts Subsidy Applicants Until the 17th
Support of 3 Million to 10 Million KRW per Organization
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province is publicly recruiting 'private event subsidy project operators' for cultural and artistic organizations within the region from the 3rd to the 17th of this year.
The recruitment is divided into three categories: ▲ Performing Arts (music, traditional arts, entertainment, etc.) ▲ Cultural Arts (literature, fine arts, photography, complex, fusion music, etc.) ▲ Stage Arts (theater, dance, opera, art songs, etc.). The total support budget is 480 million KRW.
Organizations located in the area that have registered a unique number for private art groups or a business registration before December 31, 2023, and have had related project achievements at least once a year in the past three years are eligible to apply. Organizations or individuals receiving separate operating expenses support are not eligible to apply.
The support amount ranges from 3 million KRW to a maximum of 10 million KRW. Interested organizations can apply through the local subsidy management system 'Botaem-e'. The city will finalize the support recipients in early April after a first document review, a second evaluation by private experts, and a third review by the Pyeongtaek City Local Subsidy Management Committee.
