[Gwangju Saranguiyeolmae] Launches Special Fundraising for Aircraft Crash Victims
The Gwangju Community Chest of Korea announced on the 31st that it will conduct a special fundraising campaign until January 31 next year to support victims of the Jeju Air passenger plane accident at Muan International Airport in Jeonnam.
The collected donations will be used, in consultation with the central headquarters of the fundraising association, to provide psychological support for the bereaved families and scholarships for student children.
Citizens who wish to donate can participate through the special fundraising account or contact the Gwangju fundraising association.
A representative from the Gwangju fundraising association stated, "We extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to the victims and their families."
