Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae) announced on the 30th that it will operate a joint memorial altar in the large conference room on the 4th floor of the annex building of the Gangwon Provincial Office from 3 PM on the 30th to mourn the victims of the Jeju Air passenger plane accident at Muan Airport.
