View original imageIt has been tentatively confirmed that 23 people, including employees and their families from various city and county offices and the Office of Education in Jeonnam, as well as students, were aboard the passenger plane that crashed at Muan Airport on the 29th.
According to Jeonnam Province and the Provincial Office of Education, 15 people, including employees from Jeonnam provincial institutions, civil servants and their families from Mokpo City, Hwasun County, and Damyang County, were on board Jeju Air flight 7C 2216, which was involved in the accident. Among them were retired civil servants, and it has been confirmed that some civil servants were traveling with their families, including children, making the tragedy even more heartbreaking.
In addition, five faculty members from the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education and three elementary and high school students residing in Jeonnam were also on board.
