Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Selects '1313 Iutsalpim' as This Year's Top Innovation Policy
The '1313 Iutsalppim' initiative, established by Gwangsan-gu in Gwangju as an innovative local care model, has been selected as this year's top innovation policy.
Gwangsan-gu announced on the 26th that, following an internal evaluation and an online vote participated in by 1,961 citizens since last month, this project received the highest score and was chosen as the number one innovation policy of the year.
The '1313 Iutsalppim' project is being promoted through collaboration between the district, the Gwangsan-gu Community Social Security Council, welfare centers, the Good Business 100+ Roundtable, Honam University, and other private, public, industrial, and academic sectors. Among these, the Good Business 100+ Roundtable, which includes over 140 local companies, is sponsoring all project expenses.
Additionally, the establishment of the Sustainable Job Special Zone, the 'Let's Share Gwangsan! 1,000 Won Meal' campaign, and the creation of the Hwangnyonggang Ecological Garden were also selected as innovative policies.
Based on these results, the district plans to award the innovation policies at the year-end ceremony on the 27th and to produce and share a casebook.
Park Byungkyu, head of the district office, stated, "We will continue to discover and promote policies that benefit citizens and bring new vitality to the region by transforming spaces, culture, and working methods."
