U.S. President Joe Biden delivered his final Christmas message as president on the 25th (local time).
On the day, President Biden posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account, "It is an honor to wish all Americans a very Merry Christmas for the last time as president," adding, "Today, and always, my hope for our country is that we continue to pursue the light of freedom, love, kindness, compassion, dignity, and decency."
President Biden also added, "May God bless you all." Starting January 20 next year, President Biden will conclude his term, and President-elect Donald Trump will be inaugurated. This day marks President Biden's last Christmas as president.
