Suwon-si, Recruiting Participants for Public Sector Practical Experience Jobs
The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 49 citizens to participate in the ‘Suwon-type Growth-Up Job Project’.
The Suwon-type Growth-Up Job Project is a program that supports participants in gaining practical experience in the public sector and strengthening their job skills to help them find jobs in the private sector.
For next year’s project, Suwon City will promote 36 projects (across 21 departments) where participants can gain practical experience and build careers to connect to private sector employment, including ▲job counselors ▲job discovery teams ▲startup support consultants ▲Saebit House home repair support coordinators ▲art museum promotional designers ▲Suwon Convention Center rental marketers, among others.
Suwon City plans to provide jobs in various fields by forming consortia with public institutions and organizations for the participants.

Participants will work for up to 10 months from January to November next year. Suwon City’s living wage (11,290 KRW per hour) will be applied.
