At this performance competition, Guri City received high evaluations for its leading project operations in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevention and management by planning a diabetes prevention and management project using continuous glucose monitors and a health information text message service for hypertension and diabetes.
In addition, the city gained great response from local residents through projects such as operating health classes for patients with hypertension and diabetes and high-risk groups, visiting health management services to raise awareness of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, blood pressure and blood glucose meter rental services, and counseling for health management.
